[SFAP] Chapter 4:6

You know I was debating taking this out because it was a little too self indulgent. But then I figured if the literary greats can stand on the shoulders of giants then at least I can  allow my self the odd leg up...
Besides the ship needed a name and it felt the need to at least introduce it somehow. This really is one of those sections though that works best when the book is read as one, not on a daily basis.


“So James I have to ask, how did you choose the name of this ship”
“Does the term ‘nicely inconspicuous’ mean anything to you?”
“No, should it?”
“Trust me, ‘The Prefect’ is just that. Well I could have given it its full title but I don’t want to get into issues of trademark infringement. Just because the Habitat has no copyright or trademark laws doesn’t mean we need Earth after us just yet.”
